Every tournament.Better organized.

COVA is tournament software for taekwondo organizers. Parents register through your event link, coaches confirm their chapter’s athletes and settle one bill, and COVA works out your divisions, draws your fight diagrams and keeps a live medal tally.

From the first registration to the last medal

One system for the organizer, every chapter’s coach and the parents, in place of forms, spreadsheets and hand-drawn diagrams.

The screens are COVA’s own, shown with sample athletes, chapters and amounts.

  1. Step 1: While registration is open

    Parents register. Coaches confirm.

Share one event link. Parents fill it in on their phones, with no account to make, and each chapter’s coach confirms what comes in or adds athletes directly.

    • Each athlete’s division shown as the form is filled in
    • Likely duplicates flagged before they’re confirmed
    • Coaches reminded before the deadline

  2. Step 2: As entries are confirmed

One bill per chapter, counted for you.

Each chapter’s bill is counted from its confirmed entries. Coaches upload their proof of payment and you verify it; cash handed over on the day is recorded too.

    • Your event fee is never shown to parents: each chapter sets its own price
    • Paid by GCash, bank transfer or cash, as you do now

  3. Step 3: After the deadline

    Divisions worked out. Diagrams drawn.

Set your age groups, belt groups and Kyorugi classes once. COVA puts every entry in its division, so nobody types one, then draws them all at once, keeping athletes of one chapter apart in the first round wherever it can.

    • Merge neighbouring classes or age groups when one is too small
    • Poomsae and Speed Kicking drawn in groups of four

Step 4: On the day

Results as they happen. A medal tally everyone can follow.

  • Enter each bout’s winner or each Poomsae score from a phone
  • Medals follow on their own, then overall awards and the year’s rankings
  • Publish the tally to the event page and a screen at the venue

The details that make a tournament run

Your event, your site

Your own name, logo and web address. Test events to rehearse with your staff and coaches, then delete. Admin and staff roles, with payments kept to admins.

Ready on the day

Weight checks recorded at the scale. Printed A4 fight diagram sheets and Poomsae score sheets. The entry list as a spreadsheet, any time.

Careful with children’s data

Special divisions’ athletes are never named in public. Each organizer’s records sit in a database of its own, and a bot check guards the event link.

Easier for everyone at the tournament

Organizers
Registrations arrive checked and already in their divisions. Draw, print and publish every fight diagram from one page, and see who still owes.
Coaches and chapters
Share your own copy of the event link, confirm what parents send and pay one bill per event. You set what parents pay.
Athletes and parents
Register on your phone, with no account to make. Then find your athlete on the fight diagrams and follow the medal tally from the stands.

Software for organizers, built by IEMTech

COVA stands for Competition, Organization, Venue & Athlete Management. It’s made by IEMTech, a software company in Cebu, Philippines, and started with taekwondo and the organizers who run city and regional tournaments for many chapters at once.

COVA is software, not a federation, association or governing body. Organizers run their own events and set their own rules, and each organizer’s records are kept in a database of their own, never shared with another.
